Before developing his Force affinity, Bos Ten Kam was a high school mathematics teacher. He fought at the Battle of Mon Calamari, then assisted Darth Sirena, Seren Teancum Mordavo, 'Torkan' and 'Darth Anansis' to create a Force Storm at the Battle of Arcanix. However, his contribution came in the form of a blood sacrifice. Velok snapped his neck and Ahkris used the strength of his soul to power the storm.
