The track consists mainly of a heavy drum beat, screeching highly distorted guitar and Cobain screaming nearly incomprehensible lyrics. The reason for recording the track is due to an instrument malfunction while attempting to record "Lithium." The song shows the opposite effect of most of the band's work on the album. During the verses, Cobain screams loudly. However, the chorus' are quiet and calm. Most of the song is a jam that the band puts very little effort into. It is their second longest song. The third being "The Other Improv" The longest being Gallons Of Rubbing Alcohol Flow Through The Strip.
