- Director Delgado was a member of the Council of Directors prior to the beginning of the Third Tiberium War.

- Francisco Juan Delgado de León was a Spanish Conquistador and a foe of Morgan Black in Age of Empires III. Delgado is a powerful unit with a large attack, and wields a sword in battle. He fights with his sword much like a Rodelero. He is voiced by Benito Martinez.
- Delgado was a baseball player. A photograph of Delgado was displayed at Battersea Stadium in London. (ST novel: Federation) The character was probably named for DS9 art department artist Ricardo F. Delgado, who designed the Buck Bokai baseball card seen on Sisko's desk in early episodes of the series.

- Delgado was a S.H.I.E.L.D. major and latent mutant. Leading a team of agents, he chased Acolytes who were using a stolen shuttle to reach the Asteroid M, seeking refuge to Magneto. He managed to infiltrate the base, but was captured but was turned side by Anne Marie Cortez's abilities, and his powers activated by others, and joined the Acolytes.
- Glinn Delgado was a Cardassian military officer in the 2360s. He reported suspicions to Cardassian Central Command that the collision of the transport ship Barkano with an asteroid was possibly the work of the Bajoran splinter group Kohn-Ma. In the report, he stated that the computer charts of the region where the Barkano had its accident were altered so as not to show the location of asteroids. This character was only mentioned in writing.
- General Delgado was an officer in the Peruvian military. In 1941, he was in charge of Peruvian military presence in the Ecuadorian town of Puerto Bolivar, which had been taken from Ecuador in the border war. Some of his soldiers had captured an American attempting to steal a boat from the port, and General Delgado imprisoned the man, Indiana Jones. Recognizing that Jones was wanted by the Peruvian Museum Council, Delgado hoped for a reward. Colonel Musgrove arrived to arrange for Jones' release, having used the fictional museum council as a front to find Jones and bring him into custody. However, when Delgado sent some of his men to bring Jones to Musgrove, Jones fought them off and escaped through the compound.
