The society is over 2 million years old, starting count at the dawn of the earliest known tribal civilizations. This galactic view map is from the era before the Grox Wars, just after the start of the first genocide, the empire is divided into 8 Sectors, which are then divided into clusters. By the time the Grox were destroyed, the empire had expanded across much of the center of the galaxy, and held over 400 star systems.
