Their body will start heating up from the insides before they lose themselves in their own funeral pyre. Even Sages will run into this issue, as his chakra naturally conflicts with the harmony of Natural Energy. Dojutsu abilities that absorb chakra are also affected, such as the preta path and its derivatives. Only those who have fallen before the curse of hatred as far as he has may be spared. This works both ways, trying to send your chakra into his chakra will result in the impurities to burn off. Minor to moderate level seals will burn right off of him if he does not wish for them to be there, as well as anything attempting to interrupt his chakra from the inside. As genjutsu usually manipulates chakra vs injecting it, it is mostly unaffected. His chakra is so tightly bound to its taint that it massively resists any purifying effect.
