This is an OTK using the Rank 10 monster "Superdreadnought Rail Cannon Gustav Max" along with some Elemental HEROes to cause your opponent to lose by Burn effects. While this does require a lot of cards to pull off, this is fairly unique in OTKs in that it only requires two cards to be Drawn or Searched for before pulling off. As per the release of Master Rule 4: A player would also need a Link 2 Monster to pull this.
