Grizzle is one of the more recent villains in the Care Bears series. He is introduced in Care Bears: Oopsy Does It!, and continues his plots in the Care Bears: Adventures in Care-a-Lot TV series. Unlike most Care Bear villains, Grizzle appears to have been a Care Bear himself who turned evil by choice. He is also the first villain who is a bear.

- Grizzle is a level 52 elite named red dire troll that sometimes appears in Blackrock Depths. When a player enters the Ring of Law in the Depths, an arena event will occur where players have to face three waves of non-elite enemies and finally an elite mini-boss. Grizzle is one of six possible mini-bosses that could appear. The other ones are Anub'shiah, Eviscerator, Gorosh the Dervish, Hedrum the Creeper, and Ok'thor the Breaker.
- Grizzle is the main villain of the updated Care Bears franchise, taking over from previous archenemies such as No-Heart. He is one of the first villains who is suggested to be a Care Bear himself - if this is true he is possibly one of the first (and perhaps only) Care Bears to turn evil by choice. Grizzle also shows signs of many varied psychological problems such as megalomania, delusions of grandeur and schizophrenia (he talks to seemingly inanimate objects as if they were real).

| - Grizzles are an enchanted race of energy creatures that dwell in the forest. Because of their low-level animal intelligence, they often become scared and force battle upon unwitting travellers.

He is one of the first villains who is suggested to be a Care Bear himself - if this is true he is possibly one of the first (and perhaps only) Care Bears to turn evil by choice. Grizzle is portrayed as a rather ordinary bear save for the fact he wears a hulking suit of armor that makes him fairly formidable looking even if he is a rather incompetent foe in reality (unlike No-Heart Grizzle is often comedic and one-minded, normally being easily defeated despite his persistence). Grizzle also shows signs of many varied psychological problems such as megalomania, delusions of grandeur and schizophrenia (he talks to seemingly inanimate objects as if they were real). Grizzle is also prone to employing robotic henchmen to do his evil deeds and is more of a mad scientist archetype than the traditionally magical villains of Care Bears, he is obsessed with destroying the Care Bears and taking over Care-A-Lot mainly due to the fact he can't understand the concepts of caring or being nice.
