- He is a child-like electric blanket who loves to snuggle with other appliances. He is one of Toaster's four sidekicks who joins in on a quest to find the Master (whom Blanky really admires him).
- Blanky was a security guard at the Raccoon Zoo. He was killed by the mutated William Birkin when the former scientist broke into the zoo and slaughtered all the animals.
