The Ministries of the COFR are an organ of the COFR within their own right, although many of their ministers are tasked with taking charge of and moderating the organs they are associated with. Each head of a ministry (called a Confederal Minister) sits on the cabinet along with the Chancellery (the Chancellor, First Minister and the Head of Cabinet). Confederal Ministers are selected by the Chancellery immediately after each election and the selection is usually based upon a user's interest in the area and a user's maturity/ability to be responsible for a ministry.
