Miss Piggy Camps Out is a 1996 Muppet storybook. Kermit the Frog and Fozzie Bear are planning a camping trip, and Miss Piggy insists on joining them. She packs fancy clothes and soft pillows. She sits back while Kermit and Fozzie catch fish and cook them over a campfire. But when she learns that she has to sleep in a tent, she calls a cab, and spends the night in a hotel instead. This "Picture Reader" book uses illustrations in place of the nouns in the story, to help young readers to focus on reading the other words in the sentence.
