Prince (Shahzada) Pierre-Muhammad Sayd (1475-1522) was the third and youngest son of Prince (Shahzada) and Sultan Djem Sayd (1459-1495) of the Ottoman Empire and the Noble Elena-Marie dei Conti Orsini di Pitigliano, daughter of Count Niccolò di Pitigliano and Guglielmina (a commoner of humble birth). He spent his tender years in Egypt with his parents and sister. The family later moved to Rhodes Island after an invitation by the Grand Master of the place. He was the brother of Prince (Shahzada) Abdullah Sayd, Prince (Shahzada) Oghuz-Khan Sayd and Princess (Shahzadi) Aisha Sayd.

Prince (Shahzada) Pierre-Muhammad Sayd subsequently spent time living with Pope Alexander VI's family in Rome, Italy until his father died in 1495. Then the prince moved to the Kingdom of Naples. He married the Noble Maria-Concetta Doria, daughter of the Consul of thr Republic of Genoa. Unfortunately, while visiting the Grand Master in Rhodes he was executed. He was the brother of Prince (Shahzada) Abdullah Sayd, Prince (Shahzada) Oghuz-Khan Sayd and Princess (Shahzadi) Aisha Sayd. Prince (Shahzada) Pierre-Muhammad Sayd was a grandson of Ottoman sultan Mehmed II (1432-1481). Amongst others, Sultan Selim I (ca. 1466-1520) was his half-cousin.
