In Salty's Lighthouse they became movie producers named Mr. Boffo and Mr. Socko. Unlike Sea Rogue, Bluenose, Boomer and Sea Rogue's Uncle, the production crew made both Burke and Blair have their own separate models. Like Billy Shoepack and the Fire Tug, they can move their head and eyes as well as immobile features. Their models were reused from The Pirates.
