The Stables in Age of Empires III can train a variety of Cavalry, depending on the civilization type. Cavalry is primarily used to counter many things including artillery and infantry. In the early stages of a game, you can train and improve War Wagon, Cavalry archers, Ruyters, Uhlans, Cuirassier, Oprichniks, Hussar, and Dragoons. Unlike previous games, ranged cavalry are produced from the Stable rather than the Archery Range.
