Newark House is the official residence and principal workplace of the President of Rutania. The house is located in the Old City section of Vanderberg, with the address of 58 Old Court St. It was designed by Clive Henderson and built between 2629 and 2631 and was originally known as the Presidential Palace before being renamed as Newark House in 3103 by President Maria Blackwell in honor of William Newark, the President who originally commissioned the construction of the building. It has been the residence of every Rutanian head of state since it's opening.

The palace was originally intended to serve as the primary meeting place for all political and society leaders of the Commonwealth. The president and prime minister would receive here representatives from Rutanian provinces. The palace gradually began to serve as principal office for the president, and afterwards, also as the official residence. The Palace contains private apartments and reception rooms for the President on its third floor. It also contains the Office of the President, and the Palace's State rooms used by the President for official functions and receptions.
