abstract	Big Macintosh is the red horse from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. He is the grandson of Granny Smith and the older brother of Applejack and Apple Bloom. He is a very gentle and hardworking pony who usually only speaks by saying "Eeyep" or "Nope". In Heart and Hooves Day, the Cutie Mark Crusaders used a love potion to make Big Macintosh fall in love with Cheerilee. After discovering that the potion had disastrous consequences, they found a way to to break the spell. Despite Big Macintosh and Cheerilee being no longer lovers, they are apparently still friends as they were seen together in Just For Sidekicks.
