Each cocoon will use its map attack on every fourth enemy turn, whereupon six more will appear at the beginning of the next turn, repeating infinitely until the end of the stage. Destroy the cocoons as you make your way to the big one. Chip away at it and keep up the damage; it has about 500,000 HP, so it'll take some time. When its HP is reduced to 50% or less you will be able to close in and use melee attacks, which should make finishing it faster, and finally, when it's destroyed, the Mother Cocoon will emerge from it. The Mother Cocoon has 100 defense, 40,000 HP, and is immune to map weapons, so you'll need a fairly strong team to defeat it. The bad news is that once you do, you have to defeat the Turn A, but the good news is that it only has 60 defense, so although it has 20,000 more HP, it's generally much easier. But keep in mind it has an insane I-Field, so melee weapons are pretty much the only thing effective against it. Beam shields are effective against the Turn A, and in fact with a Lv 1 V2 Assault-Buster you can guard against it and only receive about 2500 damage. The Crossbones are also a good choice because of their cloaks. Build tension on the cocoons and then unleash super criticals on the Turn A. Afterwards, mop up any remaining cocoons to end the stage and clear the game.
