The Hawk is the secondary antagonist in the 1963 film, The Sword in the Stone. It attacks Wart when he is transformed into a bird. so Archimedes bites its tail feather to slow it down. But the Eagle pulls free (losing a tail feather in the process) and swoops for Wart. Archimedes the Owl eventually rescues him, but they end up in the hut of Madam Mim. Just before they end up there, however, the Eagle flies towards Wart, talons at the ready, in an attempt to catch and kill him. Fortunately, Wart flies into Mim's chimney and escapes. The Eagle isn't seen for the rest of the film. It likely flew off, furious at losing it's 'delicious' prey. It has light brown feathers on the underside of its tail and wings and dark brown feathers on the overside of it's tail and wings.
