Of the four buildings, only one is located in Red Light District, while the others are in Saint Mark's (one bordering with Chinatown.) These buildings serve no purpose whatsoever or the storyline and are only present for the aesthetical development of Portland island.

  • Portland's Four Buildings is a group of similar neo-gothic skyscrapers in Portland at Grand Theft Auto III, Grand Theft Auto Advance and Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories, being the second tallest buildings in the island. Of the four buildings, only one is located in Red Light District, while the others are in Saint Mark's (one bordering with Chinatown.) If the player uses the Dodo in Grand Theft Auto III or a glitch/mod helicopter in Liberty City Stories to reach the top of the buildings, it is noticeable that, even although there is no roof texture, the top is still solid, therefore making it possible for the player to walk around. These buildings serve no purpose whatsoever or the storyline and are only present for the aesthetical development of Portland island.
