He wrote for such comedic television shows as Car 54, Where Are You?, Hogan's Heroes, Get Smart, The Odd Couple, Chico and the Man, Alice and Happy Days. He was also a producer, as well as a writer, on The Love Boat. He was also, with Ben Joelson, the creator of the Canadian game show It's Your Move. He died on September 17, 2006 from cancer.
