Jerry Grant (born Jerome Gelfan on December 31, 1936) served as a contributing music composer for a total of thirteen Quantum Leap episodes, beginning with the Season 2 episoe titled "Good Morning, Peoria".   • Jerry Grant (January 23, 1935 - ) is a former NASCAR driver from Escondido, CA. He competed in nineteen Nextel Cup Series events in his career, mainly at the West Coast events. He earned four top-tens, bested by a pair of fifths, including the 1967 Daytona 500. After 1968, Grant had a hiatus and after one-race schedules in 1973 and 1974 finally retired.
