Michael Wayne Junkin (born November 21, 1964 in North Little Rock, Arkansas) is a former American football linebacker in the National Football League. Junkin played two seasons with the Cleveland Browns and one with the Kansas City Chiefs. He played college football at Duke University. Mike is the last football player from Duke University to be drafted in the first round as of 2011. His failure to establish himself in the NFL has caused him to be regarded as a draft bust. Junkin is the younger brother of former NFL long snapper/tight end Trey Junkin.
