Synopsis
| - In a self-help group, a young black woman morns her brother, the WTF killer, to the group. Raleigh Woods speaks up about his grandfather, the Book Burner and proposes they take advantage of the situations rather than complain about them.
Nicholas Finch and Sharon Crane continue to dig up the Book Burner grave at Serial Killer Graveyard. Crane reminisces about how all the murders happened and it wasn't until Nailbiter that the town became famous. A sudden bullet hits Finch's shovel as he ducks into the grave. He orders Crane to cover him as he chases where the bullet came from. He finds the man dress in the Y2K mask again. After a brief scuffle, the attacker is disarmed and the unmask him to find out it was Robby. Robby tells them he was ordered to do it, to stop the fame of the town and stop the curse. When asked who ordered him, he appears terrified and says he can't tell them that information. He pulls a gun to his head and commits suicide.
At the police station, Alice sneaks in to talk with Edward "Nailbiter" Warren. She offers him a deal to release him if he tells her everything.
Finch heads back to the grave to investigate. He falls down through a dirt hold into a underground prison. He finds several door cells and spots Eliot Carroll. He is tied up in his underwear in a chair, with his mouth sewn shut.
