After Travis wakes up in Central Silent Hill, he insists to check Alchemilla Hospital to see if the mysterious girl who he saved from the fire is inside the building. He checks the map and sees that he must go to Koontz Street to enter the hospital. Later, Travis again visits Koontz Street after he leaves Artaud Theater and decides to go to Riverside Motel. He also must enter Andy's Books in order to pass the hole on the Koontz St. that blocks his trip to the motel.
