Samuel is a character in Fable: The Balverine Order. He was a resident of Blackridge and a suitor to Hannah, much to the chagrin of her mother, Mrs. Mullins. After Robert is killed and Hannah taken away by Balverines, he tells Mrs. Mullins about the event and then heads off to find her. When Thomas and James enter a nearby town on the other side of Underwood, they talk to a blacksmith about Hannah who then attacks them along with another man. After the two are subdued, Hannah comes out and explains that the blacksmith is her father and the other man is her boyfriend, Samuel. The three are left alone after the boys agree not to tell the truth about them to Mrs. Mullins.
