Peter Woodruff is a former Petty Officer First Class with the United States Navy and a man who appeared in Viral (episode). Woodruff was later revealed to be responsible for killing Petty Officer Adam Meyers and who also originally took various photographs of female Naval Officers before posting them online due to Woodruff strongly resenting the fact that women were getting promoted over him, suggesting that Woodruff had misogynistic tendencies. He then bribed Meyers to take the blame, but after one of the female officers killed herself Meyers wanted to come clean and woodruff decided to kill him. Woodruff is sorry for the victim's suicide.
