The Gutted Mine is a small silver mine high in the Jerall Mountains, southwest of the Shrine of Azura. It is locked and can only be opened by doing the Azura. The mine is occupied by five vampires called "Afflicted Brethren". It's dotted with various silver veins and the coffins often contain gold. After the quest is completed it's only possible to access part of the cave, a large stone has blocked the corridor half way in.
