- As a consequence of the implementation of Senju and Uzumaki chakra into the body of Izumo Uchiha, his sharingan, which had not been entirely developed, attempted to rush past the stage of Mangekyō and Eternal Mangekyō, abandoning its natural progression through the awakening of Uchiha's "special chakra" via the means of their Curse of Hatred. In essence, it attempted to skip to the Rinnegan, which turned out as a partial failure, for Izumo at the least.

- As a consequence of the implementation of Senju and Uzumaki chakra into the body of Izumo Uchiha, his sharingan, which had not been entirely developed, attempted to rush past the stage of Mangekyō and Eternal Mangekyō, abandoning its natural progression through the awakening of Uchiha's "special chakra" via the means of their Curse of Hatred. In essence, it attempted to skip to the Rinnegan, which turned out as a partial failure, for Izumo at the least. In a manner of speaking, Kuebiko utilizes Izumo's own affinity for Water Release in conjunction with his Sharingan's heightened affinity to the Yin release in order to shape his chakra into black waters. These black waters are regarded quite highly for their continual destructive ability; attacking various targets with absolute force and little effort required. Likewise, these black waters are thought to be unable to be evaporated or frozen unless specific methods or used; though, a product of his spiritual energy not being at the level of a Mangekyō user, they can be dispelled with relentless and powerful assaults with high-level techniques. However, that's only the initial part of Kuebiko. The second part, and the most dangerous of them all, is the ability for Izumo to concentrate this chakra into a malleable structure surrounding him. Utilizing one of his Sharingan as a basis to form the initial Kuebiko waters, while the other uses shape manipulation to forge it around his body, Izumo is capable of making a malleable offensive and defensive weapon that greatly enhances his natural Taijutsu prowess. Likewise, it is only a short range and has great chakra expenditure. Thus, he uses this only in times of great need.
