  • On the 3rd of June 2011 an agreement was been made with the Newolland government and with the assistance of the other OBN nations, two Battalions of Royal Cleveland Territorial Army (Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (REME) and the Blues and Royals - approximately 600 troops) have been stationed on the south side of the River Humber in former North Lincolnshire, they will assist the repair teams from Cleveland Railway working on the connecting rail lines between Cleveland and Newolland. The operation has been given the code name Operation Hearts and Minds They will also assist in any repairs to road and foot bridges in the area as well as setting up diplomatic links between the OBN and the locals. Three patrol boats from the Royal Cleveland Navy (RCN) have been temporarily transferred to the Humber to assist with exploration of the Humber coastline and any other navigable rivers in the area. Each patrol boat will carry 25 Durham Light Infantry troops. After discussions with the government of Newolland (who claims the area) any areas suitable for hydro-electric plants and places for wind turbines will be surveyed and after reporting to the government of Newolland will be constructed and connected to a new electrical grid. The assimilation project began on the 17th June 2011 and was to all intents and purposes complete by 7th July 2011
