- The Elbow Strike is a technique meant to be used as a counterattack instead of a normal attack. When one is being attacked at close range the user must flow some of their ki into one of their elbows before dodging the attack by stepping inside the foe's guard. Once inside, the user thrusts their elbow into the foe's chest or another body part that easy to strike. The force of the thrust alone is enough to knock the breath out of the opponent regardless of where it hits. Upon contact, the user flows their ki into the body and compresses it around the nearest bone in order to obliterate it, allowing the user to quickly incapacitate their opponent.

Another option when using the technique is to quickly compress and decompress the ki while it is being released from their elbow. This can launch launch the foe across large distances. A much deadlier option a user has while using the technique is to obliterate the entire opponents body. This is done by flowing ki into the foe's body when their elbow makes contact. Afterwards, they must compress and decompress the ki, which forces the ki to expand so quickly that the opponent's body is obliterated from the inside out.
