Pann Leov was Sith Apprentice of Sith Lord Darth Peegelassus, who survived Laazty Wars. After his master's death from the hand of Jedi Knight Allinka Niko, he became the last member of Laazty Movement. Even though the Jedi Council didn't know about him, he went in hiding. He found shelter on planet Nar Shaddaa and their stayed for couple of years, where he devised plan for revenge. In 333 BBY he hired smuggler Hlebio Vas to steal ancient Jedi script and escape on Nar Shaddaa. After Jedis Niko and her fellow Jedi Knight Ikki Raguul caught and imprisoned the smuggler, he surprised and attacked them. He managed to kill Raguul, but Niko successfully cut of his both hands.
