One Kraawa became half the size of a Knowledge Tower, prompting several Onu-Matoran to move it into the Archives, where it took up 3 levels. Because of their size, the Kraawa were not held in Stasis Tubes, but instead just locked up.
- The Kraawa are one of the many species to be created by the Brotherhood of Makuta using viruses and liquid Protodermis to populate the Matoran Universe. Only one specimen of this Rahi has ever been seen on Metru Nui. The Vahki captured it, and in the process it grew to the size of half a Knowledge Tower. As it was too big to be placed on a Stasis Tube, it was locked in a cell in the Archives. Later, during Mavrah’s Underwater Rahi Study project, a Rahi from the project escaped, and accidentally freed the Kraawa. It managed to create havoc in the archives, evacuate the matoran, free dangerous Rahi and destroy dozens of Vahki before it was recaptured.

- The Kraawa are one of the many species to be created by the Brotherhood of Makuta using viruses and liquid Protodermis to populate the Matoran Universe. Only one specimen of this Rahi has ever been seen on Metru Nui. The Vahki captured it, and in the process it grew to the size of half a Knowledge Tower. As it was too big to be placed on a Stasis Tube, it was locked in a cell in the Archives. Later, during Mavrah’s Underwater Rahi Study project, a Rahi from the project escaped, and accidentally freed the Kraawa. It managed to create havoc in the archives, evacuate the matoran, free dangerous Rahi and destroy dozens of Vahki before it was recaptured. After the Great Cataclysm, the Kraawa got lose again. Rahaga Pouks said that they had to capture the Kraawa, though they never did so. After Teridax was killed by a fragment of Aqua Magna, the Kraawa and the other Rahi will have to join the mass exodus to Spherus Magna to escape the Matoran Universe before it finally breaks down in order to survive.
