- There are three multiplayer mini games. They are not present in Mega Man Zero Collection.

- In the Dawn of Souls version, having a character with Level 16 Toad spell will allow the player to play the Memory Puzzle's Frog Mode, where all character portraits are replaced with their Frog counterparts, making it much more difficult, but better prizes are obtained, such as Genji equipment.
