Sempre poco appariscente, non ha mai combattuto, ma se anche lei è uno di quei cliché degli anime per cui il personaggio sempre tranquillo ed affabile diventa una bestia quando fa sul serio dovrebbe essere almeno a livello di Kenpachi, il che è alquanto preoccupante!

Desweiteren ist Unohana die Präsidentin des Ikebana-Clubs der Shinigami. Ihre Vizekommandantin heißt Isane Kotetsu. Da sie den Titel Kenpachi innehatte, war sie der Stärkste Shinigami nach dem General-Kommandanten der Soul Society. Allein Zaraki Kenpachi war schon als Kind stärker als sie.
