  • A headache is a rare phenomenon that is experienced after spending too much time shouting "I AM THE EGGMAN!". However, strangely enough, when scientists tested if it would occur when shouting "THEY ARE THE EGGMEN!", "I AM THE WALRUS!" or "KOO KOO KA CHOO KOO KOO KA CHOO", it did not have the same effects. Instead, after shouting these phrases for one hour, their brains turned to lima beans and their legs turned to chicken. It is still unknown how this happened to the scientists.

  • Headache is a medal that appears in the multiplayer mode of Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception. It is awarded if the player gets a head-slam melee kill. It is worth $500.
  • The man known as Headache was an engineer and inventor. He had light-colored hair and often complained of severe headaches (hence his nickname). Headache owned and operated a slot machine factory but became disillusioned with his corrupt business and offered to sell it to his partners. They obtained the money for the transaction from Popsie's Mother, who was working for The Slot Machine Ring. Rather than allow Headache to retire, she forced him to stay and work at his factory, under threat of violence.
  • Headache is a multiplayer mode game for Terror is Reality in Dead Rising 2. Players rush to slap special hats atop the heads of the surrounding undead. After placing a number of hats, players must rush to hit a “Trigger” button, causing their hats to activate and grind up those undead heads for points. The hats are located at the central “pick-up” station, and the Trigger buttons (there are two of them) are found at either end of the arena. Grab your hats at the start of the event, then run around and start placing them onto zombies.
  • A headache described a pain in the head that was experienced by a sentient being. These types of pains could take place anywhere in the skull, and in any species that possessed distinct cranial features, including Gands. However, the term "headache" was most often used by Humans. Headaches were usually simple pains, but could sometimes be a symptom of a much larger or serious problem.
  • A headache was a pain in the head. Headaches were sometimes experienced by humans. Barbara Wright got a terrible headache while on Skaro. She was initially unaware that this was an early symptom of her radiation sickness. (TV: The Daleks) The Sixth Doctor woke up with a headache after being hit with a low-level stun blast on Baspral; he said his head felt "like Bourbon Street after Mardi Gras." (PROSE: The Inquisitor's Story) Evelyn Smythe began suffering from headaches a few days before meeting the Sixth Doctor. (AUDIO: The Marian Conspiracy) File:MedicalStub.png
  • In 2151, Sub-Commander T'Pol claimed to Doctor Phlox that she was developing a slight headache in order to spend more time in a decontamination chamber. (ENT: "Sleeping Dogs") In August of 2152, Ensign Travis Mayweather reported to Doctor Phlox that he had been having a little headache for the past couple of days. Though he merely wanted a simple analgesic to relieve it, Phlox, affected by the unusual radiation emanating from a trinary star system, insisted on running a series of elaborate scans on Mayweather and even performing a cerebral micro-section on his brain. The procedure, fortunately, was never performed, though Phlox's scans did provide T'Pol with insight as to how the radiation was affecting the crew of the Enterprise. (ENT: "Singularity")
  • A headache, or cephalalgia, is a medical condition of pain in an individual's head. The pain can range from mild to severe, and at one time amongst humans was one of the most common localized pain complaints. Devices such as thought makers could also be used to inflict severe headaches on individuals.
  • Source: Shadowland Volume #1, October/November/December 1995 Author: Chris Hussey Page: 38 Edition: any Plot: Only a short adventure, in Headache (it doesn't appear to have any other title) the runners are asked a favor by one of their contacts: he or she needs the PCs to retrieve an item from a monorail station, which a hit team is after. It's up to the players to fight off this hit team and deliver the item to their contact. Thoughts: The intention is that this adventure can be played in a single session, or be fitted into a larger run, and for this it's quite suitable. It could be built into a true adventure (for instance by having the contact turn up dead and leaving the PCs with the unidentified item while everybody is after them), but as written it's not much more than a diversion fr
  • A headache describes any acute or throbbing pain felt throughout the skull. It is caused by any one of a number of conditions that cause inflammation of the nerve endings in the scalp and face. The brain itself does not have any nerve endings, so a headache in and of itself does not always indicate that anything is wrong with the brain. Most headaches are caused by stress and lack of sleep, which tighten the muscles in the head.
