| - His Royal Majesty, Michael Victor II, High King of the Tela, King of New Majatra, King-in-Exile of the Solentians, Duke of Telapolis, Lord of the Five Kingdoms and Protector of the Realm (b. April 2nd, 3265, Halion, Solentia, d. October 16th, 3331, Telapolis, Telamon) was the reigning monarch of the Five Kingdoms of Telamon, the regional Kingdom of New Majatra, and was officially styled as King-in-Exile of Solentia from 3312 - (3331). Michael Victor ascended to the Iron Throne of Telamon in 3312 following the enactment of the Establishment of the Kansar Monarchy Act 3311 which crowned him by divine right in the Theognosian tradition. He, therefore, was the first Telamonese monarch from the Kansar dynasty. He was crowned by Theognosian Arch-Patriarch Chretien I in the Theognosian Cathedral of Telapolis The House of Kansar fled persecution in the Federal Republic of Solentia following a failed attempt to enact the ancient Kansar claim to a throne there. Followed by a large court of Majatran and Southern Majatran (Solentian) loyalists, they established themselves upon the Telamonese island of Migadon. They were joined soon thereafter by the Solentian House of Torvellian and not long afterward by the transient House of Arinidi. Each of these houses proved supportive of Michael Victor's claim and integrated themselves into the newly-founded semi-feudal monarchy. Michael Victor's reign is remembered in Telamon for its relative peacefulness and stability. Despite international disputes, Telamon remained neutral. He died of natural causes in October 3331 after a brief period of illness. He has several namesakes.
