- Whenever the character makes a successful attack against an opponent who is Flat Footed, cannot see them, or who is in combat with someone else, the character's blow delivers extra damage. This extra damage is 1d6 at Level 2 and 2d6 at Level 4. This extra damage is not multiplied in the case of a critical hit. Use: Automatic. Monsters of the construct and undead types are immune to sneak attacks, as are any creatures that are immune to critical hits.
- Not to be confused with the Nerf Rebelle Sneak Attacker. The Sneak Attack is a Hasbro Super Soaker that was released in 2007 under the Aquashock series.
- This tactic was originally developed by Prince Kassad, but when Kassad went rogue, the technology was taken from him and distributed throughout the GLA by an anonymous General. Leaders of the GLA restricted use of this tactic to certain generals who had received "promotions", as it required exposing the managers of their underground network. It is available by default to all GLA Generals, when you face General Alexis Alexander in the Generals Challenge.

- Once per turn, when a rogue with the Sneak Attack class feature attacks with a hand crossbow, shortbow, or weapon from the light blade or sling weapon groups, and hits an enemy granting combat advantage to the rogue, the attack deals extra damage. The amount of extra damage is determined by the rogue's level:
* Level 1-10 2d6
* Level 11-20 3d6
* Level 21-30 5d6 Characters with the Rogue Tactics class feature who select its Ruthless Ruffian option can also use a club or a mace to deal Sneak Attack damage.[MP:73]
- People often think of “sneak attacker” as being synonymous with “Rogue.” This is a silly holdover from backstab and thieves in Second Edition. The 3.5E reality is this: Rogue is a base class that happens to get full sneak attack progression. That’s it. That doesn’t mean a primarily sneakattacking character has to have any levels in Rogue, or that he’s even expected to, or that Rogue is even the default starting class. There are viable builds that only gain SA dice through prestige classes. Darkvision is provided by the following: Seeing in magical darkness is provided by the following:
