Glyphs were a part of The Lost Experience game, and relevant to the Hanso Exposed website. Released randomly throughout the summer between July 22 and Sept 8, these "glyphs" or video clips combined together created a full length DHARMA Initiative Orientation film. The film starred Alvar Hanso and Dr. Thomas Werner Mittelwerk, and also Rachel Blake. In the film, Alvar gives Hanso Foundation members who are watching the film and inside look at what DHARMA was and what it's goal was, however, as Mittelwerk states "The DHARMA Initiative failed" and that the Valenzetti Equation still remained 4 8 15 16 23 42.

- Power Glyphs are purple game pieces which add special powers to your armies or heroes. There are two types of Glyphs, Permanent Glyphs, and Temporary Glyphs. Power Glyphs are activated when a figure lands on it. Glyphs affect the entire figure's army unless otherwise stated. Glyphs also never effect Special Powers/Attacks, unless otherwise stated.
- This page shows a gallery of the glyphs found during the Lost Experience. Note that not all 70 code parts are included, as some codes were given within audios, or expressed about a corresponding glyph design in magazines, etc. See Hansoexposed.com for a full list of all 70 codes and where they were found.
- The Glyphs, have been shown on the show, on posters, and on the Internet. Each glyph shows a natural element, generally with some unnatural change that is easy to miss at the first look. The symbols are also used, along with the dots, to make a code. The Glyphs appear before every commercial break (or act on the DVD's). The code usually makes a reference to some aspect of the overarching storyline or holds a clue to the next episode.
- Desmond Miles was able to locate several of them while reliving the memories of his ancestor, Ezio Auditore da Firenze. Each Glyph revealed historical details about the conflict between the Assassins and the Templars, humanity, and Pieces of Eden.
