William Rufus 'Bill' Dickie (February 20, 1916 — December 23, 1997) was a Canadian professional ice hockey goaltender who played in one National Hockey League game for the Chicago Black Hawks during the 1941–42 NHL season. He played for Mount Allison University from 1933 to 1937. He then played two seasons for the senior Saint John Beavers and two more for the Sydney Millionaires. A highlight was a trip to the 1941 Allan Cup Final which the Millionaires lost to the Regina Rangers. He retired that year and joined the Canadian miltary for World War II.

The Chicago Blackhawks used him as a last-minute replacement and won the game 4-3. He retired that year and joined the Canadian miltary for World War II.
