Neo Tri-Beam (超気功砲, Chou Kikōhō, Super Ki Blast Cannon) is the much more powerful version of the Tri-Beam, and one of Tien's most powerful attacks. In Budokai Tenkaichi 2, it is his Ultimate Blast and is usable more than once. It is also absolutely unblockable in that game, but it costs him a bar of his health. Unlike all the other Ultimate Blasts in the video games, he can use it again and possibly rapidly, but it hurts him badly and can possibly kill him. This enhanced version of Tri-Beam also appeared in some video games. From Dragon Ball Wiki, a Wikia wiki.
