was a professional ice hockey player who played four games in the National Hockey League. He played with the New York Rangers. He played junior hockey with the Winnipeg Rangers, Lethbridge Native Sons, and the Winnipeg Canadiens from 1945 to 1948. He led the Manitoba Junior Hockey League in points in 1947-48 while with the Canadiens. Lowe won the Allan Cup with Vernon in 1955-56. He coached the junior Vernon Essos in the late 1960s and early 1970s.
