Tezcatl, named for the Nahuatl word for "mirror," is a discipline that splits the Man and the Beast into two divided entities, allowing for, on one hand, a greater degree of control, but at the expense of occasionally indulging the Beast. It is the focus of the Nahualli bloodline of the Ventrue, and contributes to their image as madmen with split personalities, uncannily similar to the classic story of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. Full descriptions of this discipline and its effects can be found in VTR: Bloodlines: The Hidden Image:Bullet-nip.png.

This discipline is fairly peculiar in that it only has four levels; this is attributed to the fact that the founder of the bloodline died before completing the discipline. A player who learns Tezcatl may take it upon himself to complete the discipline, but not without great difficulty and Storyteller approval.
