Fong Sai-yuk (Mandarin: Fang Shiyu) was a (possibly fictional) Chinese martial artist and folk hero from Zhaoqing, Guangdong province. Fong Sai-yuk was also associated with Hung Hei-gun (Mandarin: Hong Xiguan) and the Five Elders of the Southern Shaolin Monastery.
