Following the resignation of Maxine Crosio, Chambers was elected General Secretary of the Social Democratic Party of Baltusia. In 2988, Chambers was overwhelmingly elected President. On May 5, 2990, Parliament passed the budget proposal that Chambers proposed. In December 2992, Chambers was reelected President of Baltusia. Despite his overwhelming reelection, Chambers decided to resign the leadership due to his belief that the position of President should be a non-partisan position.
