The Tokati were among the many races to send representatives to Babylon 5. In 2259 the Tokati ambassador objected to having a new consular group from Pak'ma quartered next to him, claiming they smell bad and that he's downwind of them. Commander Ivanova repeatedly explained to him that that air on B5 is recycled and there is no wind up or down on the station, though the Ambassador insisted something smells offensive and that it must be the pak'ma'ra and insisted that that only Captain Sheridan can resolve the matter to his satisfaction. Sheridan had Ivanova switch the pak'ma'ra with a delegation of Abbai from two corridors over and had her tell the Tokati ambassador that's as upwind as it gets on Babylon 5.
