The second Hive on LV-426 was established in the ruins of Hadley's Hope and in the extensive cave network beneath the moon's surface in 2179, following the destruction of the initial Hive. A small Hive was established inside the sewers of the ruined complex as well as a larger Hive being established inside the caves under the Derelict Ship. The Hive was led by a new Queen and consisted of several Warriors, Lurkers, Facehuggers and Ovomorphs. It was also seen to have a variety of Xenomorphs not seen anywhere else.
