It does not matter what has happened to Jackie in Chapter 18, Your Man with the Tattoo. Finding the key rings and collecting them will unlock new content for the special features mode. You can unlock new races, black cab and chase missions, as well as two bonus Free Roaming characters: Leo and Madame Celina. Some key rings are easier to find than others, but each key ring is usually placed in a hidden location throughout each chapter. Once a key ring is located, all the player needs to do is walk over to the key ring and the character will automatically pick it up. You can track what key rings you have under the special features mode, as all of the key rings are located there along with the chapter number the key ring was found in. Once a key ring has been collected, it cannot be found when playing through the chapter again.
