A man of the same generation as Simon (or maybe older), he is the commander of the Watchtowers, the gate between Ardoheim and the Incubus King's wastelands. Sadly, the powers that be has unilaterally decided that the Incubus King is no longer a menace (ha!), so he must do the best that he can with only a skeleton crew. Despite his faults, he seems to be a competent leader, accepting a warning when others ignore it. Simon calls him a good and reliable man even after his insults.

Sadly, the powers that be has unilaterally decided that the Incubus King is no longer a menace (ha!), so he must do the best that he can with only a skeleton crew. Personally, he seems to be a bit of a dick in general, and he dislikes Simon intensely for unspecified reasons (but apparently related to some of the decisions that Simon had to make during the war, we learn that he was Simon's superior). That seems to have a certain degree of influence in Simon's own insecurities and general outlook in life. It's unclear how big his role is going to be, in any case. Despite his faults, he seems to be a competent leader, accepting a warning when others ignore it. Simon calls him a good and reliable man even after his insults.
