Noodles, meat (often pork), and vegetables fried together with a special sauce. Often seen at festivals. If you can't wait for the next festival (and can't be bothered to make it yourself, Couronne sometimes cooks and sells yakisoba fairly cheaply on the patio in front of the bakery.
