Kobyluck's next race came during the 2005 season, when he drove at Watkins Glen. Kobyluck was running very well late in the race, but a scrap with Tyler Walker left him a disappointing 35th. Kobyluck's final two races came in 2006, when he competed at Loudon. Kobyluck managed to avoid crashes this time but could not avoid engine issues, blowing up early in the race to finish 39th. He fared no better back at the Glen, losing his brakes early to finish 42nd.
