Jean-Guy Gendron (born August 30, 1934) is a retired Canadian professional left winger who played 863 games in the National Hockey League (NHL) for the New York Rangers, Boston Bruins, Montreal Canadiens and Philadelphia Flyers. He also played 127 games in the World Hockey Association (WHA) for the Quebec Nordiques, a team for which he was the first captain in franchise history. The expansion Philadelphia Flyers bought the Aces in 1967. Gendron was called up to the NHL club and played 4 solid seasons for the Flyers. He played 863 NHL games and scored 182 goals and 201 assists.

Gendron started out with the Rangers in 1955-56 as mostly a defensive forward. He jumped between the Rangers and the Bruins (with a stop in Montreal in 1960-61) until 1964-65. That year he stayed down in the American Hockey League with the Quebec Aces. The expansion Philadelphia Flyers bought the Aces in 1967. Gendron was called up to the NHL club and played 4 solid seasons for the Flyers. In 1972-73 Gendron jumped to the Quebec Nordiques of the World Hockey Association. He played there for two seasons and then retired. He played 863 NHL games and scored 182 goals and 201 assists.
